VAT Register Maintenance
This project was developed during the 7th semester of our course. VAT (value added tax) was introduced as there were problems of double taxation of commodities and multiplicity of taxes, resulting in a cascading tax burden. VAT is a general consumption tax assessed on the value added to goods and services. Designed VAT forms from LP-1, 3, 5, 7 and LS-2 to automate the report for keeping records of sales, purchase order, customer, supplier and generation of taxes and further maintained a register by designing reports for these details. VAT register helps in keeping the records of the taxes and one can add, delete, modify and update the records accordingly.
Responsibilities Requirement Gathering

Summer Training
Done a Month Training at HCL Infinet Ltd MIS Department and Submitted paper on “Networking”.
Designed daily MRTG (multi router traffic grapher) reports that monitors SNMP network devices and draw pictures showing how much traffic has passed through each interface.
Also designed daily ISDN testing report which is user-programmable and works for production and quality assurance testing of ISDN telephones.
Achievements
Took part into various cultural activities at college level. Received the best committee award(Sponsorship commitee) for planning and organizing events during Zest 2008; a college level festival.
Received a certificate for participating in the fest 2004-2005 in Fine arts Department and Sponsorship.
