Hi Chenthu
Its very fine Chenthu. What your friends has told is correct i.e, It'll better every one to go in professional way. As of my knowledge , call center is also better choice but the experience in that field wouldn't be useful in software field if we want to go, we have to continue our career in that field itself. Of course we can also move to higher positions in that field by that experience. One thing I want to tell here, If you want to start your career in software field its better not to go for call center. There are so many opportunities are there in software field at the same time very much competition also be there but its very easy to get in one software company if you have good knowledge in your technology. Let me know which technology he has been trained on.
Regards,
Rahul.

Hi Chenthu...........
Ok its good..........every Technology has its own recognition. He can easily get chance if he tries little bit seriously on any one of particular Technologies. Chenthu tell me one thing , when did he complete his engineering and how much experience he has got.
