Job Description
Involves handling outbound Calls and resolving customer queries.
Involves updating customers on latest information on a product or service.
Should be comfortable work in Shift Basis.
Should have excellent communication skills.
Should be patient enough to handle any kind of customer queries.

Involves interacting with US Customers (Night Shift).
Requisites:
· Education Qualification: Any Graduate/ Post Graduate/Diploma(2+3yrs)
· Building a rapport with customers.
· Age criteria: Restricted up to 32 years.
· Candidates with relevant experience in a voice based
International or domestic Call centre will be an advantage to consider.
· Involves working in Night shifts.
· Excellent Communication Skills.
