Description:
E-CRM is a project that has been developed targeting today’s customer requirements. E-CRM is a system that is based on multi-tier client-server architecture wherein the applications access the services through well-defined application programming interfaces. The system allows the customers to transact day-to-day operations, check for updates and do a host of other activities. This project is used to maintain a business relationship between the customer and the management where the customer can purchase the products from the organizations
Responsibilities:
1 Developed the Web applications related for electronic customer relationship management
2 Developed Web forms and utility classes to connect to Databases.
3 Developed User controls for the web pages.
4 Developed tables for various modules of the application using SQL Server 2000.
Environment: C#, VS.NET 2003, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, SQL SERVER 2000, Windows 2005 Server, IIS 6.0
